Our Dinner Menu 

The restaurant’s dining room has a Pacific Islander theme with batik prints, turtle shells, and paintings of natives decorating the walls.  Trader Vic’s creative menu specializes in Worldly Cuisine with Polynesian flair and fresh seafood dishes.  Famous for smoked delicacies from the Chinese Oven, Trader Vic’s glass-enclosed Chinese wood-fire oven allows guests to watch the cooking process. The restaurant’s diverse menu is prepared by Chef De Cuisine Michael Broderick.
